- The present terms of use regulate the conditions, access and use of the Portal, its content and available services, either paid or free of charge, for the visitors. - Reproducing or copying for private use any Content that can be considered as Software or Database, in accordance with the effective legislation in intellectual property matters, as well as communicating publicly or making available said Content to third parties when these actions necessarily imply the reproduction by the user or third party.
- Extracting and/or reusing, in whole or in a substantial part, the Content of the Portal, including the databases that EUROPROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS, S.L. makes available to the Users.
- EUROPROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS, S.L. Do not assume any responsibility for the damages or injuries suffered by the User that may be derived from access to this website or from the use of the Content, within the limits allowed by the effective legislation.
